Bloomberg has data on state interest rates. They changed methodologies so there are 2 time series for these. One goes back to 1994 but was discontinued several years ago and the other is currently being updated. The 2 time series overlapped for approximately 6 months.

There is a spreadsheet from the Bloomberg Professional Service which shows both sets of tickers. To retrieve it type: DLSD >> BVAL Documentation >> 26) Muni index points_1112.xlsx.

A sample Bloomberg ticker is the current California 10 year interest rate time series which has data back to 2013. Ticker is: BMSTCA10Y
