Stock prices are widely available online.  

For instance, if you type a ticker into any search engine it will return with the price and some summary data and a chart.  Please click on the disclaimer to find out if the data on that ticker is real time or delayed.  

If the ticker is unknown but the company name is, again in a search engine type company name ticker symbol and enter.  This will return the information listed above with the ticker displayed.
