Use Tabula, an open source tool for extracting tabular data from PDFs. Tabula runs locally on your machine (you don’t need administrator rights to install). Draw a rectangle over the table that you want to extract, and then it processes it and lets you copy/paste it or download it to .csv or .tsv.
