The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) has debt service ratios.  Debt Service Ratios represent the share of income used to service debt. Ratios are available by country for 3 sectors – total private non-financial, components of households and non-financial corporate. Component ratios cover 17 countries, while the total private non-financial data covers 15 more countries. The series have history from 1999 Q1.
