  • If patron is off-campus they must access database through the Library website (so that they will be authenticated). Here are options for connecting off-campus - sometimes one works better that the other. Patron should try alternate connection is one isn't working.
  • See if other databases by the same vendor are working.
    • If they are, try the following:
      • Clear your cache.
      • Clear the cookie for the database (or all cookies).
      • Turn off your pop-up blocker.
      • Try a different browser
  • If other databases from the same vendor are not working
