There is not staffing to retrieve items. You have to retrieve the books yourself.

Firestone Library has a BookFinder Service with staff to help you locate items in the stacks. Request help at the service desks of other campus libraries.

Books requested from off-campus storage, recalled, requested through Borrow Direct or Interlibrary Loan will be held for you at the circulation desk of the campus library of your choice.

The University's Office of Disability Services works in conjunction with the Library to offer a range of support services for students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors with disabilities. Questions regarding special assistance within the Library may be directed to Peter Bae or 609-258-3231.
