If there is no call number in the Catalog record, it means that the volume is in the library but has yet to be processed for going on the shelf.

  1.   Check every few days until the status is "in process."
  2.   At that point use In Process Request on the Request Options tab in Books+ or at the top of the Main Catalog screen to place a request for expedited processing of the item
