If there is no call number in the Catalog record, it means that the volume is in the library but has yet to be processed for going on the shelf.
- Check every few days until the status is "in process."
- At that point use In Process Request on the Request Options tab in Books+ or at the top of the Main Catalog screen to place a request for expedited processing of the item
