The Center for Research Libraries has more than 800,000 cataloged foreign doctoral dissertations representing more than 90 countries and over 1200 institutions available for interlibrary loan.

Chinese Doctor and Master Dissertations includes selected dissertations and theses from the PRC; literature, history and philosophy only.

Chinese Electronic Theses and Dissertations Service provides selected dissertations and theses from various universities in Taiwan, as well as Hong Kong university. Starting date varies (2000+).

National Archive of Dissertations provides access to bibliographic information and often full-text content of dissertations from Greek universities and Greek students studying abroad.

ProQuest Dissertations & Theses - UK & Ireland is a bibliographic listing of dissertations and theses, most with abstracts, accepted for higher degrees by universities in the United Kingdom & Ireland (coverage dates: 1716+).
