REITs are Real Estate Investment Trusts.  These securities trade as stocks do and consist of set of properties.  REITS are often specialized consisting of property types and/or geographic regions.

Prices are found: CRSP/Ziman Real Estate Series and on Datastream.

  • In CRSP/Ziman - The numbers -66, -77, -88, and -99 represent missing values.
