  • Go to WRDS 
    • Choose COMPUSTAT,
    • Click on Segments
  • Use Bloomberg. Available on the workstations located near Firestone A-13-J, Robertson 046, Andlinger 211A, Master of Finance lounge in JRR, and Sherrerd lower level. 
    • Type the company's ticker symbol and hit the EQUITY key.
    • Type des6 for the company's product segmentation.
    • To compare a company's product segmentation with its peers, type the company's ticker symbol, hit EQUITY, then PPC and GO.
      For example, IBM [EQUITY] PPC [GO]
