Myers Abortion Facility Database Unrestricted data include a county-by-month panel of travel distances to the nearest U.S. abortion provider from January 2009 through July 2025. To access the public data, select the "County-by-month distances panel (unrestricted)" component and then navigate to "Files." Researchers also can apply for restricted data identifying abortion facilities. To do so, select the "Restricted Database" component, navigate to "Files", and download the application.

The National Survey of Family Growth (1973+) is a useful microdata set for studying abortion as well as family planning.  Note all geography is restricted.  Also see additional microdata sets on abortion.
