• Fatal Accident Reporting System from the United States Department of Transportation's National Center for Statistics and Analysis. Statistics date back to 1994.

For international:

• ITF Transport Statistics. Comprises statistics collected by the International Transport Forum on the transport of freight (maritime, air and surface) and passengers (car, rail and air). Also included are data on road safety (accidents, injuries and deaths) as well as details of infrastructure maintenance and investment relating to the different forms of transport. In several sectors data are available from 1970 onwards and cover the 59 member countries of the ITF.
