The IP Advantage database from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) contains very brief case studies of the intellectual property (IP) experiences of inventors, creators, entrepreneurs and researchers around the world.

Fields available for searching are: Object of Protection (designs, commercial names, plant varieties, etc.), Instrument of Protection (copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc.), Focus (branding, financing, franchising, etc.), Organization Type (entrepreneur, government, university, etc.), Industry (chemicals, retail, financial services, etc.), and Country/Territory. Full text searching by keyword is also available. The results can be sorted by country/territory or industry.
