"Directory of American firms operating in foreign countries" and "Directory of foreign firms operating in the United States" are both part of Uniworld.  Uniworld does not archive and print has ceased.    Princeton has in print  "Directory of American firms operating in foreign countries" [1st] ed (1955/56)-20th ed. (published 2009).  For "Directory of foreign firms operating in the United States" [1st. ed.] (published 1969)-14th ed. (published 2008)  (Lacks: 2nd-3rd).
