Most new scholarly monographs (books) that are within the library's collecting scope will arrive automatically. If in doubt, reach out to the appropriate subject specialist librarian to determine if a particular title is coming to us. The optimal method is to fill out the online Purchase Request form (located in the Libraries & Collections menu, then Recommend a Purchase). PUL staff are more than happy to know about titles we ought to have, we missed, or one needs for research purposes, including e-resources, e-books, serial titles, videos, etc. In some cases, we may rely on the holdings of a partner institution if easily accessible to us.
